While private equity firms, publicly traded companies speak about readiness costs, they want to be able to control that money.

Show me where the AAA, GMR, Falk, et cetera, say essential service and public good in the same sentence.

They don't.

And beware of anyone else who does the same thing.

They are using AAA talking points to advance a narrative they clearly do not comprehend.

If anyone refuses to say that EMS is a public good, or if they can't explain to you what a public good is, they aren't speaking for you, they are speaking for themselves.

To be part of shaky, Triumvirate of leadership, more about preserving their hold on power than representing the patients will ultimately benefit from properly designed system and the EMTs and paramedics who have to staff that system 24-7.

Walter, talk to us a little bit about what the EMS Public Advocacy Council is and its mission.

But why do you think that the administrative suits and the EAP are failing our responders so miserably? Well, I

don't necessarily know if they're failing, although I look at especially the EMS world because, you know, I consult with American Ambulance Association a lot.

So I get a lot of calls from paramedics saying, do you have counselors for me? And I'll ask them, you know, what insurance do you have? And it is some of the worst insurance that you could get or cheapest, I should say, cheapest insurance ever.

And it's tough to find counselors that take this certain type of insurance.
