How do you specifically go about, you know, getting more game time, you know, replicating that NPL women's form into the A-League women's competition?
2:04
Yeah, I think it's, I've always sort of struggled with the A-League because I feel like in NPL I've been doing so well, but in the A-League I've just sort of struggled to get minutes and get that consistency.
2:12
So I think this season is going to be really important for me.
2:15
I'm just going to try and carry all the good momentum I had in the NPL into this season and hopefully getting regular minutes will help.
2:21
I think James has really helped me when he's coming in and so has Vic, our assistant coach.
2:25
So hopefully get more consistent minutes and bag a couple goals this year.

I know that the ongoing CBA negotiation is happening, and I'm not asking you to comment on that specifically, but how do you sort of balance the fact that you're not fully professional yet while trying to win trophies, trying to improve as players while still having to juggle work?
6:39
Yeah and it's hard like I'm a full-time uni student as well and I know a lot of the girls that have a full-time job but honestly it's the love of the game that takes you there you know you play because you love it and that's what we're doing here in the A-League I think it has so much potential to be one of the best leagues in the world if we can just really knuckle down on women's football so yeah it's a really exciting time to be a player in women's football as well because it's taking off right now so I think just like keep doing what you love keep chasing it keep working hard and you know we'll get there one day.

Is that just something that you've carried on, or do these things just happen by accident or organically throughout the campaign?
32:03
Yeah, well, our little puppy that was there on the weekend is one of the girls, Laura's new little dog.
32:08
So he came down to support us.
32:10
And then we have a little soft toy lion that we got from one of the Bulls presentation nights a few years ago.
32:18
And he's just kind of been in the club.
32:19
His name's Mufasa.
32:21
And we've put a little Bulls kid on him.

When Olivia Vanderland was in here earlier in the season... we asked her about how he keeps everyone happy because there's a lot of competition in that squad and I guess he's kind of a genius because I thought he'd signed to too many players but then Arne Hogarth-Scott went to college and you've had an injury and all of a sudden the squad seems like it's the perfect size to deal with the things that happen during the season but how are expectations managed when someone has to play in the 23s or has to start on the bench or hasn't started for a few weeks what is it that keeps everyone happy when there is so much competition for spots?
