They leveraged the hyperscalers, the AWSs, the Google Clouds, and the Azure's of the world.

So the cost of that is margin, specifically gross margin.

So if you look at a lot of these AI-native hyper growth, one of the things you need to be prepared for are not the traditional SAS gross margins of 70% or 80% that were highly predictable.

And these are cloud providers that are, you know, you've got your AWSs.

And basically it says, starting November 16th, all our alternative work schedules are commonly known as AWS.

All alternative work schedules will be terminated and all employees will transition to a standard five-day workweek.

Now, she says AWS allows employees to complete their work in fewer than five days.

Therefore, that reduces staff as the employees take those days off.

The cumulative effect on the agency is significant, she wrote, and it impacts the service to the public.

So starting November 16th, all employees across SSA will be on a five-day workweek schedule.
