Amazon Echo Show

So we have this Echo Show in our kitchen.

So the AI push for Apple this fall will be in the smart home.

They're going to launch a new smart home device, so almost like an Amazon Alexa, their Echo Show, so a speaker with a display.

And this is gonna have deep AI integration, deep Siri integration, being able to control your home, being able to give you access to your personal content using AI-based facial recognition, so when you-- a person walks up to it, it recognizes who they are, and it can tailor the content specific to them.

All the new Apple devices are gonna have Siri AI, and so that is going to be, uh, the through line there for Apple's product rollouts for this year, next, and, and, and beyond.

The other major new product category being launched this year is a smart home display.

So it's like an Amazon Echo Show.

It's got a seven-inch square screen, has facial recognition.

You walk up to it.

And, of course, that could change or we could be wrong about those things.

But the idea behind it is that it will be – I suppose some might say a comparison to an Echo Show or a Google, one of those type displays.

I am certain it will be better.

I'm certain it'll be the best one out there when it is released, assuming that it is released.

You know, they were supposed to rival that, but they just don't.

But here's my question for you, because I, too, have, you know, the Echo Show and so forth, and it's a kitchen device.

And the smart room technology is going to have a Lexus type of device.

It's HIPAA compliant, only it's going to be on the Echo Show, which allows families to stop in and be able to be present and not necessarily have to be present.

I've also done some robotics around activities.

How do we engage people? We had Pepper and we started her about a year ago and she is an activities robot.

Now that Siri has come together, we should see some of these products finally hit the market soon.

As I said earlier, this could include HomePod Mini, a new Apple TV 4K, and the often rumored HomePod device, which is a seven-inch square smart display similar to products like the Echo Show.

Bloomberg says that Apple is gearing up for the launch of these new home products by rearranging its retail stores.

For context, newer Apple stores have walls around the perimeter called Avenues that showcase the company's accessories like HomePods, Apple TVs, AirPods, and Beats.

And nobody should be on the side of the house anyways.

So I look, and I tap the Echo Show to shine the light on, and I can see it because I have a camera, uh, it faces in the backyard.

And it has perfect, clear shot of where we would hear, hear that.

There's nobody there.
