Tell us how you are, how you feel differently now with your appointments than you did when you're, when you had 3,000 patients.
9:57
Yeah.
9:57
So at 3,000 patients, my, my patient volume was anywhere between 20 and 30 a day, just kinda bounces that, which evens out to me, as a provider, spending roughly five to seven minutes with each client.
10:10
Um, now my, my patient volume bounces between, I don't know, six and 12 patients a day, and I'm spending 30 minutes to an hour with each client, depending on if they're there for a full review or follow-ups or just whatever else they wanna talk with me about.
10:28
Um, I can transition quickly between inpatient and online or telehealth, so if they can't get away from work but they still have questions and they need to talk to me, that's great.
10:38
Now, right now it's been a little bit busier 'cause my team and I went to the beach like two weeks ago, so trying to play catch up.
10:44
[laughs] And when you go on vacation, you know, you come back and you, you play catch up.

39 MINS LATER

50:12
Mm-hmm
12:30
Tell us how you are, how you feel differently now with your appointments than you did when you're, when you had 3,000 patients.
12:36
Yeah, so at 3,000 patients, my, my patient volume was anywhere between 20 and 30 a day, just kind of bounces that, which evens out to me as a provider spending roughly five to seven minutes with each client.
12:50
Um, now my, my patient volume bounces between, I don't know, six and 12 patients a day, and I'm spending 30 minutes to an hour with each client, depending on if they're there for a full review or follow-ups or just whatever else they wanna talk with me about.
13:07
Um, I can transition quickly between inpatient and online or telehealth, so if they can't get away from work but they still have questions and they need to talk to me, that's great.
13:17
Now, right now it's been a little bit busier 'cause my team and I went to the beach, like, two weeks ago, so trying to play catch-up.
13:23
And when you go on vacation, you know, you come back and you, you play catch-up.
13:26
But typically, I have time to sit down between clients and research things.

39 MINS LATER

52:51
Mm-hmm
49:31
Now, there are many, many people who use nicotine therapeutically for ADHD, for just... to focus as a nootropic I've seen that and I think there's some research to support that but millions of anecdotal cases of that uh do you recommend that or do you condone it or do you allow it if somebody says yeah I use you know like Zen or whatever because it helps my ADHD what would be your
50:05
Well, yes.
50:06
I think most of the research came out of Vanderbilt, actually, in their cognitive clinic that was there.
50:10
They're studying it more, I think, on the Alzheimer's side of things and not the ADHD side of things.
50:15
If someone wants to use it, I'm not opposed to it, but my general rule with any supplement or alternative treatment, alternative to the conventional treatment, that is, if you try it and you're not seeing grand benefits from it, if it's just okay, then don't continue to put something else in your body that could have an adverse effects down the road.
50:35
You know, what else could be happening? Is there any sort of stiffening to the blood vessels over time from the frequent stimulation or what? I don't know.

10 MINS LATER

60:43
and just keep doing what she's doing? Talk her down off the ledge.
60:46
You know, most of us ladies have yo-yo dieted our entire lives and that really screws with the metabolism and it takes some healing time to really re-nourish your body so that it can safely get to a good place with your weight.
12:30
Um, yeah, it's kind of like indirect for- Um, so basically my question is, uh, what is the reason you guys both love Marquette so much and continue to, like, love it?
12:41
Okay.
12:42
So in addition to the stellar education our boys get here, mothers also form a bit of a, of a community as well.
12:50
So I met Corinne through wrestling, and, uh, you sit and, um, you sit in a lot of meets together and you talk to each other and you get to know each other.
13:00
So one of the things is mothers tend to look out for each other, which is very nice in a community.
13:05
And, uh, earlier, uh, this year my husband suffered a pretty massive heart attack, and Corinne said, "Oh my gosh, we've been praying for you." That was a big one.
13:14
And, uh, um, she said, "How can we help you?" And I was like, "Well, you know, I don't know.
16:35
So, um, the question is, like, what are some of the aspects of Marquette High Athletics that you guys think are unique?
