And just thinking about success and how we define success, how does Amanda define success beyond the job title, beyond the compensation?

Yeah, success is how I feel.

It's how I feel at the end of the day or on a Sunday night going to work.

in the morning you're right it isn't always about remuneration and job title I was once told you'd be called Mickey Mouse it doesn't matter you just need to get the job done and I think I live by that I've used that probably too many times but you know sometimes even our job description might not match what we do and I've always been hungry that I want to be doing over and above my job description anyway I mean it's like I said it's the corner of the businesses that I touch on and it's seeing a great workforce is being influenced by them, seeing that they're happy, that they know that I'm a go-to person if they need anything.

So success definitely reaches far beyond the title that I have.

You know, a typical day for me is going on the shop floor or in the bar just to check in and making sure that everything is sound and if they need me, that I'm there.

So, no, I think success doesn't always count for success.
