And Amman, one of the world's most exclusive luxury hospitality brands, is set to enter Korea now, South Korea, with a hotel, branded residences, and private club in Seoul's Gyeongdong-dong.

Now, the property of Shin Se-gae, And Amman said on Wednesday that they'll develop Amman Seoul in Seongdam-dong, which is in Gangnam district.

So this is going to mark Amman's first project in Korea.

The development will span about 70,000 square meters with eight underground levels and 38 floors above ground and will include a hotel, 49 residents, and retail and cultural spaces.
