So, so I thought, John, I thought that was, that was really well observed because it got me thinking about the handshake in professional sport, and is it, is it almost obsolete now? I mean, for example, when the two captains shook hands, did they shake hands or did they clasp as you described it? But then what really made me laugh watching Alphonso Davies score for Bayern Munich in the Champions League last night, is his celebration with three of his teammates was a very formal handshake, but it was almost tongue-in-cheek, you know, sort of like nineteen fifties England cricketers shaking hands after a wicket.

So that's, that's, that's obviously his thing or it was a thing on the night.

But, but the, the handshake in professional sport has, has almost disappeared.

Uh, Bayern Munich five, Bodo/Glimt nil.

Nil-nil at halftime, but then Musiala, Kane, Alphonso Davies, Michael Olise.

Then Bjortoft was sent off on 87 and Olise made it five-nil.

Bayern just battered them all game long, so no surprises there.

But there was, um...

So they made a big deal that in that match, Lamine Yamal had had a lot of successful dribbles, and I pointed out, like, n- oh, no, it was against, yeah, it was against Alphonso Davies.

And I pointed out that out of his, I don't re- remember how many dribbles he had, I pointed out only, like, one of the five or six dribbles he had were actually taking on Davies.

Most of the dribbles were he was going up against a winger, and he, he, and he was making the point, oh, no, he was very, [smacks lips] it was very key, this dribble he had.

Who is that?

Another one from Alphonso Davies was great as well.

It's just one of those things where the guy is good at what he does, which is being a defender, but offensively he is challenged.

And I think when you see that, it does make you appreciate the guys that can contribute a little bit more offensively, like Leimer or Alphonso Davies over on the other side, or Nathaniel Brown as well.

But Stanisic is definitely more of a defensive guy, and it shows.

But I'll take him... to play this weekend at right back, and that puts Conrad Leimer on the bench for a rest.

In the second half of the season, this seems like a good time to give him a little bit of a break.

Bodo Glimt had been down to 10 men as well, laid on, 87th minute, losing one of their players.

So we know what Michael Alise does in these post-match interviews, but he was at it again last night, was he? He was indeed.
