Martin A. Weissert, 92, of Alpharetta, Georgia, passed away on September 15th.

He was born in South Bend, Indiana.

Martin graduated from South Adams High School in South Bend.

So, as Patrick mentioned, director of product management for the conure company, based out of our Alpharetta corporate office in Georgia.

uh this facility uh has all of our product managers as well as our designers and pat talked a little bit about the importance of our design team so been with the company a little over 29 years i started out in the training department so i spent my first 10 years traveling throughout north america training our customers on how to use the price book how to use a wind load chart and most important sometimes it's the least looked at by our customers and our internal folks is the installation fabrication instructions.

This is the Bible, so to speak, of how things are put together to meet these standardized requirements when we talk about performance.

So what is next for Little Way is we're actually looking into location number two.

Once I started telling parents about this on social media and just other places, I have had dozens of people ask, can we come to Decatur? Can we come to Clarkson? Can we come to Alpharetta? We are seriously looking into that.

So maybe by 2027, there might be another Little Way in another town center.

Well, I'm excited to see it happen.

And I had a gentleman at my show last weekend in Alpharetta, Georgia go, you know, that was fun.

It was a lot dirtier than I thought it was going to be.

That's right, baby.

Literally, the vision for the next three years is so crystal clear.

God is doing unbelievable things right now.

He was founding a financial distribution company or an IMO in the U.S. And I find that we reconnected, ended up going and meeting with him at his home in Alpharetta.

And we just sat down and I told him what was happening with AI, what was going to happen in terms of, well, I said, if you're going to do this again, and this is a gentleman who had 30 years of experience in this industry and earned about $100 million through that insurance model.

And I said, if you're going to do this again and build another company and make it bigger and better than ever before, you're going to need to do it with AI.
