Alpha Chi Omega

Every sorority or every fraternity has their unique expectations for how the trademark is used.

So one item might be approved with Alpha Chi Omega, but it wouldn't be approved with Alpha Delta Pi and vice versa.

One thing that I remember from some early brand training in the sorority space is a skull and crossbones is only allowed on certain fraternity and sorority usage.

Some people who have skulls in their coat of arms in particular.

Yeah.

They were sitting outside, and I was just like, "Wait a second, we're at a hotel right now." And I ask her, and I was, "What's, what's going on over here?" She goes, "Oh, Alpha Chi Omega's house is getting redone right now, so we've had to do all of rush at this hotel." And I was like-

Oh, yeah

... "What are you talking about?" And I couldn't even imagine, because there's so many things that go into it.

Um, so in college, I was in a sorority.

I went to U of H. I was an Alpha Chi Omega sorority, um, had a great group of friends.

And one of my sorority sisters invited me to come to a 5k and I was a new mom.

Um, my husband has always had very developed hobbies.

Okay.

Are sorority recruitment videos basically commercials now? Texas A&M's Alpha Chi Omega reportedly brought in a full camera crew for work week content instead of just filming on phones.

I mean, if they're getting paid for it, I understand paying a camera crew.
