Alok Sharma

There have been other factors along the way.

I'm sure you can remember Alok Sharma running around closing coal power plants.

Thinking he was saving the planet.

Actually, loads of coal plants have been opened elsewhere.

They're there on merit.

You know, they're, they're three, and they-- and what I love about all three, they're all three very different profiles of people, different opinions, um, in Priti Patel, Rishi Sunak, a- and Alok Sharma.

They don't necessarily prescribe to this idea of being on the left, uh, or in the middle, which is what often, um, we, we, we tend to h- we tend to see.

Um, what was it like, uh, you know, going back, being an MP for, uh, Edward Heath, and more importantly, what was it like generally in politics during that era?
