He has, uh, spent most of that time working with the UN in senior positions and, uh, across a range of different agencies, and he was the co-author of the twenty twenty-two IASC Protection Policy Review.

Mike is a research fellow in the Humanitarian Policy Group at ODI Global, and he's also the Global Humanitarian Assistance Lead at ALNAP.

His research focuses mainly on humanitarian financing and system reform, including localization.
