But naturally, I think when we are free to ask questions and get curious, it's more playful to develop our ways forward.

So Almedalen is an institution in Swedish civic and democratic life.

It is very simply in its base form.

It is one week in the summertime when politicians, business people, decision makers, academia, interested people in general go to one town on one of the islands outside of Sweden.

And the name of the place is Almedalen.

And for one week, we have conversations about the hot topics of the day, the most important things going on, or where people have most input to give.

And it's very egalitarian.
