Allotment

We had apple trees.

We ended up in an allotment plot down in the local allotment plot, which I kind of...

I took to, I organised, I got... intergenerational gardening so the older people were coming in and kind of shifts and stuff in bubbles and they were teaching the kids outdoors how to do seed sowing they were helping them and it just we got the parents as well because the parents were in the bubble were outdoors they were allowed to come in and do that so i've got the parents i've got the staff i've got everybody at the gardening and we entered keep scotland beautiful competition that year as well we are palette garden and it just became like obsessed I just said to my husband I just want to garden on the time like I think I want to change career and he was like you're crazy Nikki you've been a teacher for 20 almost 20 years like why why would you go back to being at the bottom and I was like listen and then it just became at the point where all I wanted to do was garden.

Garden at work, garden at home, learn how to garden.

And that's just, like, it's just became my passion.

Like, I think my husband's like, Jesus Christ.

Obviously, I got my own allotment plot as well through, so just to go back, I got an allotment plot at the school's allotment.

So they gave the school one, but they also gave me one as well because they were so impressed with me that they actually let me be in their allotment plot as well.
