Allianz Stadium

action? My big storyline of the week this week has to be Melbourne City making an absolute statement of Sydney FC.

Yep, that is probably the only way to describe what happened on Sunday afternoon at the Sydney Football Stadium.

Melbourne City 5, Sydney FC 0.

Courtney Vine opening the scoring against her old side, 13 minutes in, choosing not to celebrate, despite her teammates trying to encourage her otherwise.

But the thing that they did was they brought in really good players.

Like Courtney Vine, I'm sure she actually said post-game that she'd been really sort of upset and nervous about this game because, you know, so much history with Sydney FC, particularly, you know, at Allianz as well as Sydney Football Stadium.

Getting that goal, the sort of monkey off your back early, really helped.

And she had some really nice moments.

Yeah.

Sydney Football Stadium.

Yeah.

Their lease was set to end in 2005.

Adelaide United manager Airton Andrioli in the lead-up to Sunday's opening game of their season.

They take on Sydney FC away at Allianz Stadium.

And I'm looking forward to this as we continue to interview all the young lads that may get drafted in a month's time in the AFL National Draft.

This one will have some interest for you.

Sounds like there might be a change or two.

Hey, we wish you all the very best.

The game gets underway Sunday at 2.30 at Allianz Stadium against Sydney FC.

Always appreciate your time, Ayrton.

Yeah.

They must almost be thinking, man, if we could have moved that to either Sydney Football Stadium, because they would have got $40,000 for Sydney Football Stadium.

Yeah.

But

Yeah.

But they seem to sell over $200,000 of merchandise was sold at Allianz Stadium the other day.

Yeah, but...

For a test match.

I'm just going to throw it out that

Allianz Stadium is in the eastern suburbs of Sydney.

$170 isn't as much of a slog as it is in Port Moresby.

Hey, let us know.
