I had a patient recently where they were on dupilumab for their nasal polyposis and still just very, very symptomatic with their asthma despite initial good clearance, good improvement in FEV1, decrease in exacerbations.

And come to find out, I think this patient has ABPA, but I didn't realize it because their total IgE was suppressed.

So reminder to think about IgE.

It is an effector molecule.
