And kinda diving back into Taylor's question, one of the advice that Allen Nation has, he advises that you work with the smallest conservative small town bank possible and avoid the, the bigger banks who may have different policies and you want a ride or die banker relationship.

It's what we have.

My dad was on the board of directors for the bank that we are with and have a great relationship with them and just can't recommend having a small conservative bank be that person and you just have that relationship where it's like, "I need X," and they say, "Thumbs up, you're good."

A lot of guys listening, it's very different.

You know, you're gonna need to partner.

I will say that Allen Nation advises against partnering.

He advises against taking in outside capital in terms of equity.
