All the Young Dudes

This is the music.

It's a mammoth power ballad with a chorus like Mott the Hoople's All the Young Dudes.

I've never heard this before.

William Goodman from Spin and Greed also comparing the song to All the Young Dudes.

Entertainment Weekly's Simon Vosick-Levinson described it as, "...sensitive arena rock cut that makes us think of Toto's Africa." In what world does it make you think of Toto's Africa? But we'll listen to that, too.

While the chorus sounded more like ELO's Telephone Line, that's the one that I was thinking of, because this was pointed out to me specifically.

I just think it's funny reading about these music critics trying to, like, draw parallels.

Let's see here.

I do like them.

Uh, I got to see them here in Montgomery back in the early '70s, and All the Young Dudes was a great song.

And, uh, you know, there's a lot of great acts that used to come through Montgomery.

And, uh, Birmingham had the better music because it was a bigger audience, you know, more, more people and more of the international acts.

Oh man, I need TV when I got T-Rex.

All the young dudes carry the news.

Move them loose dudes.

Carry the news.

Oh, all the young dudes.

All the young.

Carry the news.

Well, I drunk a lot of wine and I'm feeling fine.
