So, you know, I think the caveat here is that I'm quite a bit older than you, Mandy, but I know that your audience is vast and wide in terms of demographics.

So pretty much Gen X and above, anyone that you say the word gerbil to looks... immediately goes oh my god richard gear because when we were growing up and uh you know we all had different memories i could have sworn it was when i was growing up is actually closer when i was in college but that's part of the podcast is memory and how memory takes hold and and all of that um i you know i heard this rumor that richard gear uh was taken into the mainstream rumors, Cedars-Sinai in L.A., but of course, living in New York, it had to be New York because we, of course, all had someone who knew the doctor who took it out of his rectum.

So it was always this crazy urban legend that was pretty much the biggest urban legend there is in terms of Hollywood and has stuck until this day.

And it's mentioned all the time.

In fact, I mean, you'll appreciate this as a politico living in Washington.

He's a kind person, and we're going to celebrate the short life that he had.

Eventually, Aliza puts feelers out on Instagram for anyone who might know someone who knows someone, ideally at Facebook, who can help her get her account reinstated, and she finds a guy with his finger on the pulse of this sort of thing.

thing.So someone recommended this guy 'cause he would be able to help my friend, and he has a, he has a website.

You know, he's like a nerdy tech guy, but, like, legit.

[instrumental music] We did a free consult, and he basically was like, "Look, this happens all the time." He says, "For some reason, your account was flagged or shut down because of pornography." [laughs] I was like, "Okay, that makes no sense." I said, "All right, well, let's say that's the case," which obviously it's not, "then why would they still let me have an Instagram and I have zero problems?" And by the way, the account that they were flagging wasn't my account.

That's the craziest part of the story.

It had my name in it, but it had all these numbers, so it wasn't even me.

But somehow this scammer account was now linked to my just regular Elisa Rosen on Facebook account.

Wow.

She goes, "I've never been drugs arou- on drugs around Riley in her life." [laughs]

I love that too.

She's like, "Okay, I might be doing ketamine, but not right this minute, not right in front of Riley." Well, you have to give me context on Riley because you know I'm not an Atlanta girly.

Obviously I know Kandi, I know the universe, but I was very highly disturbed by Riley.

Like, I, I, like, to the point where I was like, "Does this girl belong on television?" Like, I was, I was ala- it was alarming behavior.

I know there's drunk...

Oh, G- God knows we've seen a million people drunk on Bravo.

They tried to make her a villain, but-

He'll just be sitting there and people come to him.

Well, here's the crazy thing.

As some of you know, I, you know, true crime is like my expertise.

And that is what you're describing is actually what a psychopath is.

And I'm not saying Rob's a psychopath, but boy, is he good at playing the game.
