Mark PiscatiPANELIST
The bully.

The bully of-
Tom NeenanGUEST
So you have among the cast, uh, h- uh, Carrie is played by Summer H. Howell, who's, who's amazing.
Tom NeenanGUEST
Uh, and the villain of the piece, the bully, the, uh, the, um, anta- female antagonist, uh, the bu- the mean girl, uh- ... is, uh, played by Alison Thornton, and her eyes are a, a special effect all in themselves.

When she stares you down-
Alice FraserHOST
Ooh
Fran TiradoHOST
Honestly, relatable.
Rose DommuHOST
Um, I also really liked, um, Alison Thornton as Chris.
Rose DommuHOST
Kind of similarly, I, I liked it because Chris Hargensen is such a...
Rose DommuHOST
Stephen King is really good at writing a teenage sociopath.

Summer Howell.

The bully is this girl named Alison Thornton.
Wells AdamsHOST
She's an, the actress.
Wells AdamsHOST
She's so good at being the bully.
Mad MaxHOST
Samantha Sloan plays her mother.
Mad MaxHOST
Allison Thornton plays the bully.
Mad MaxHOST
And then we have a couple of recurring characters who are played by some heavyweights as far as the horror genre is concerned.
Mad MaxHOST
We have Matthew Lillard who plays the guidance counselor.
Mad MaxHOST
She's almost like a conspiracy theorist in this one.
Mad MaxHOST
And I thought that was a cool little departure from what we had already seen and everything like that.
Mad MaxHOST
Allison Thornton, who plays the bully in this, is fucking fantastic.
Mad MaxHOST
Her performance alone is, I don't want to say eerie, but it's to the point where it's fucking annoying.
RickHOST
Um, as the show unravels, uh, we see that that wasn't really that good of a job.
RickHOST
Uh, we have Alison Thornton playing Chris, uh, Harginson.
RickHOST
She was the main, Chris is the main bully, I would say towards, um, towards Carrie.
RickHOST
Um, hats off to Alison Thornton.
RickHOST
She did a wonderful job playing that main villain.
RickHOST
There were so many times in scene, like the scenes, I was just like, my blood was boiling just the way that she was treating Carrie.
Christy NoelHOST
Yes, yes.
Sophie RossHOST
Chris Hargensen is so fucking evil, and the actress Alison Thornton in this rendition of Carrie is so good.
Sophie RossHOST
Like, you really, really, really...
Sophie RossHOST
She makes you hate her.
Sophie RossHOST
Like, she is so hateable, but she's also really complex where you, like, kind of understand why she is the way she is because the fact that it's an eight-episode series instead of just a two-hour movie or whatever, you get to, like, explore her background with her parents and her daddy issues and her absent mother and all of these things.
Sophie RossHOST
And, um, you, like, feel bad for her, but at the same time she makes every wrong decision every step of the way and is so evil, and this actress just, like, nailed it.
Sophie RossHOST
I think all of the acting was actually really good in Carrie.
Christy NoelHOST
Yeah, it was really good.
Mike HiltyHOST
So she's great.
Mike HiltyHOST
I think Alison Thornton, who plays Chris Hargensen, is chilling.
Mike HiltyHOST
She is just, she's diabolical.
Mike HiltyHOST
She's, but she's also great.
Karina MabeyHOST
Um-
Jamie AppsHOST
Alison Thornton.
Karina MabeyHOST

Jamie AppsHOST
