Are you doing similar kinds of experiences for them inside your program?

We do.

We, one, um, attend all of your stuff and our other chamber partners in the community because we're so grateful that we don't have to create everything on our own.

Um, but yes, we try to do similar things.

We specifically want to introduce them to all the communities where we have offices.

So we make sure we take them to each of those regions, explain a little bit about what's happening there, why it's unique, give them a tour, and a chance to experience it.

Um, along the professional development lines, we also do some performance management with them.
