Alison Krauss & Union Station

yeah

no but um yeah that's that's all good guys i mean that's kind of why we shake it up every now and again i'm not looking to have my ass kicked or smoke blown you know i mean i it we're gonna get into it man but you know i got my thoughts on it as well i mean like i was saying i like the bluegrass genre, I like Alison Krauss and Union Station.

I do too.

I do like Alison

I don't like her with Robert Plant, but I liked her singing with Def Leppard.

All right.

Well, she's got a beautiful voice, and Union Station's legendary.

Yeah, so, man, we're going to get into it.

Indeed, she sees herself as primarily a songwriter.

In fact, Alison Krauss and Union Station recorded one of her songs, My Poor Old Heart, on their Lonely Runs Both Ways album quite a while ago.

And she's written this one herself too.

It's her third week on the countdown and it's released on Running Dog Records.

Um, Ron and I first, we first met, um, I went to see Ron in 2011, I think it was.

Um, Ron has played with Alison Krauss in Union Station since 1991.

Sorry, I don't wanna give your age away.

Too old.

10 years is a long time in the music business.

At the moment, in terms of technology, things are changing in the blink of an eye.
