Not your board, your executive board, not your organizational board, but your personal board of advisors to help you, to give you support and guidance.

I think another thing, and this one, it really r- really, I think, is true for many leaders, when you're the head of an organization, it's really hard to ha- to be able to count on people to give you candid, constructive feedback.

And so you need w- the, I gotta think of a better title for this role, but right now I call it the feedback giver.

It's like the best friend who, when you're putting on the dress that just doesn't look good, is like, "Nah, maybe not." [laughs]
