I've read Alison Green's Ask a Manager.

That's a really good book just in general about management and about, you know, being empathetic with your people.

It also talks about some of those tough conversations you need to have as a manager.

I had been a fan of this band for a number of years already.

Alison Green sent me their previous record and I had become a massive fan of the band and this guy's songwriting.

And then when this record came out, it was it was kind of it was supposed to be their big breakthrough, their big, you know, major label release that was going to make them big stars.

And instead it was a bit of a big mess.
