What were some of your biggest learnings from working for some of the most reputable companies in the world that also help you operate Collective today?

I mean, I think there are the basic ones that we all probably know or can surmise from looking at the success of those organizations.

But, you know, hard work, diligence, relentless focus on the quality of the product that you work on.

I think the things that are a little bit more subtle and you don't necessarily appreciate from the outside as much as you do from the inside are things like the importance of culture and your hiring practices, you know, how you recruit, how you interview, how you ascertain whether someone's a good fit.
