And Jude Law.

And Jude Law, who played a character who was in a Michael Caine remake, Alfie.

Yeah.

Jude Law has played Alfie.

He has played

Michael Caine.

Yeah.

So he broke the fourth wall, which is a bit of a tribute or inspired by Michael Caine in Alfie.

Yep.

And he wasn't sure if he should do it at first.

He planned to cast Barbara Steele and Michael Caine, but before he could, he sold those rights to Joseph Gianni, who was already working with clients Monica Vitti and Joseph Losey.

Funny enough, Caine would go on to star as Alfie in the film Alfie, a role intended for Terrence Stamp, who played Willie in this film instead.

It's really funny because having seen Alfie, I think what works about Michael Caine is that he's a little soft.

And I'm not trying to say that in like a mean way, but like he doesn't have the menace Terrence Stamp does.

And there's something.
