Can you talk a little bit more about like, how do we know if we're moving in confidence that's deeply rooted?
13:11
So I kind of give a little bit back here of I really work with women who are driven by fear.
13:21
A lot of their life is a performance.
13:24
They are doing what they should be doing.
13:25
They're doing what they think they should do.
13:27
They are driven by these like productivity and do the right things and you get the outcome, so to speak.
13:35
And then when they get that outcome, they reach that goal, it feels like, well, it must have been my problem or I wasn't trying hard enough or I wasn't doing enough, right? And so it's ultimately driven by fear, which is why it never feels like it's enough.
15:30
What does that look like for you to still stay present with your family, but also show up with your full self for work as well, especially when it comes to being a brand that people recognize and it's a brand that is personal? You know what I mean? Yeah.
18:04
are having the same fight with their husband or not fighting with their husband.
18:07
Like they've just like resigned to the fact that we're just going to be like two roommates in a house and that's just going to be how it is.
18:13
And they're scared that divorce is like the next step, but they also love their person.
18:18
So they're not totally sure how to navigate that.
18:20
It's this idea that they are like rushing and feeling urgent.
18:25
panicky, like this idea that there's always something that has to be going.

I have clients that are literally

So would you say that overstimulation is something that we feel 24/7? Or is this something that's more just that you experience in the moment because the baby is crying and your range, your oven hood range is on and the TV is going and your phone is being blown up?
11:38
Yeah.
11:39
I think it's more, like, instant moment, situational kind of thing.
11:42
So overstimulation is more about, like, I'm registering there is too much going on.
11:47
There is too much input and not enough places to kind of take this out right now.
11:52
Um, and so I would say that everybody's threshold for stimulation is different, right? Like, for me, I absolutely love driving in the car with my music cranked as loud as possible.
12:03
But if you put me in a room with my daughter who's chewing like a canine, I might lose it, right? And those are totally different things.Totally different volumes.

So where do you think that pressure comes from?
