um yeah i i think it's an amazing run course it's a really fast run course i know there's a hill in it but me as an athlete i use the hill to gain strength which helped me in the flat um you can use that hill to sort of you know relax a bit and um if you work the hill well you can use that in a downhill and in a flat um worked very well for me i had my fastest times ever there um the crowd is amazing um Yeah, heaps of aid stations, maybe get a bit of a tailwind as well in the run out, a bit of a headwind on the way back, but I don't think the hill should slow you down too much.
