Alexander Volkov

Um, I was going to talk about Josh Hokey real quick, though, seeing as we just mentioned him, but it's not really worth getting into right now because it'll be jumping on.

But I thought Alexander Volkov last week saying that he thinks he's really admirable of the UFC, putting Josh Hokey in a title match because he's clearly got mental problems.

He's very admirable of the UFC to do this because the guy is clearly mentally challenged, but they're giving him opportunities.

That's great.

Let's hear it.

It's number one in the notes.

Yeah, because obviously Volkov kind of has – You know, some people feel that he beat Cyril Garn, and that was kind of the general consensus, if we're honest.

And he's been winning, and he beat Sergey Pavlovich and all the rest of it.

Now, If he was being punished for his words, Michelle Obama stuff at the White House, which clearly the UFC did nothing about, 9-11 stuff they don't do anything about, how has he been rewarded for these outlandish things he said? He's earned a title shot.

There's a guy, Volkov, who probably deserves it more, but he's not as polarizing.

He's not as entertaining.

So clearly this avenue works for fighters.

He knows that's his weakness.

I know he got taken down by Volkov, but...

He did have a lot of submission attempts in that fight.

And I think the size difference between these guys just cannot be understated.

Now, I gotta tell you, I have a stick.

I got a stick somewhere in me about Volkov, and I can't let it go.

Now, let me tell you why that bothers me, okay? I'm a, I'm not the kind of guy that, like, shuns away from having an enemy or an opponent, but where it bothers me with Volkov, Volkov is trained by Ronnie Marks, who is my friend.

So Volkov, I've got this connection to him even though I've never met him.

Now, why do I waste the energy to be annoyed with Volkov? It's actually a compliment.
