So I've invited Alexander who wanted to ask you the following three questions directly.

Alexander SchmitzGUEST
Hello, my name is Alexander Schmitz, founder of Young Minds for Global Health.

Alexander SchmitzGUEST
I want to ask some questions to you, Professor Vikram Patel, about mental health.

Alexander SchmitzGUEST
My first question is, how can young people become active agents in changing their environment when it turns toxic? How can we see the red flags and help?

Vikram PatelGUEST
Your age group has agency to take control of your own lives rather than to hand over control to these companies.

Alexander SchmitzGUEST
My second question is, bullying and mobbing happen all the time, but how can we fight against it and support those who are going through it? How do we fight against stigma without feeling ashamed? And how can we build strength and dignity and encourage others to come forward and speak out even when it feels scary?
