Where do you see the future of your career going in terms of splitting your competitive energies between the shorter vertical focused races, whether that's vertical Ks or up and down races versus longer ultra marathon length races?

I felt like in the last two years, like even if I tried to keep my power pretty high, I think with the fact that I'm just getting older, I can see that my power is, like, getting lower and lower.

And then I think it was, like, the fact that we did the national win Squamish for the 50K, I was like, I need to give it a shot.

I think I was just... not patient enough to to to go out easy and then just like wait until it's a good time to make a move or like at some point just get hard right just because of the distance and and then also like being willing to change my training as well doing more mileage and it's been like long days in the mountain like which i like but like more for fun and more spirality um But the year of Squamish 50, I really did a switch in my training.
