Alex Pettyfer

Who do you want to get into? Give us one.

Who? So, in terms of, like, our generation, I loved Alex Pettyfer.

He was the guy from Wildchild, blonde boy.

I don't know Alex Pettyfer.

Who's that? Alex Pettyfer.

He's a white blonde boy from Wildchild.

He's not a...

Alex Pettifor.

an Alex Pettifer or a Colin Firth Colin

Firth wow I link that straight back into your producing on Joy of Sex

thank you very nice yes which we also shot over here at New Berners Studios that is yes obviously you've got a cast like that well you're going to get some pre-sales people are going to go well especially if the director's well known as well it means that it's very likely this film's going to be okay there's a big production company behind it it's easy to get sales now with you potentially making indie films It's a little harder because most people who watch movies don't know who the directors are, and especially not of indie films.

I can see this.

It was like him, like Alex Pettifer is another guy that we really tried to make happen and it didn't really happen.

And I'm not besmirching any of these performers, but it is just kind of like...

Oh, yeah.

It really is.

We've got Alex Pettyfer playing John Smith, the teenage alien, and in 2011, Hollywood was so desperately trying to force Alex Pettyfer into being the next Brad Pitt.

They tried so hard.

They really did.

They had moved on.

And that radio silence lasts for an entire decade.

Fast-forward to 2021, the star, Alex Pettyfer, gives an interview where he finally drops his own theories on why the franchise collapsed.

This is where it gets really juicy.

Not what we got.

Instead, we got Alex Pettyfer running, scowling the whole movie, talking shit to people.

Like, this girl gets stabbed in the leg and dies at some point.

[laughs] It was like-

Yeah, that's true.

Alex Pettyfer?

Yeah.

He's blonde.

You missed some very good-looking people who are also on the cast.

Henry Golding, Isaac Gonzalez, Alex Pettyfer making a return.

I haven't

seen him
