I think sometimes if you get hyper-focused on the way they're framing the position, um, or the way, yeah, the approach that they're taking in trying to be sort of singularly focused on hiring a woman, um, in the interest of promoting diversity, it almost, like, takes away from the fact that, um, you should be hiring the person that's most qualified.

It could be me, it could be someone else, right? Like, and I think that that's the way they should be approaching it.

And I, I totally agree with Danielle.

I think some of the women that I've worked under in my career have been, like, some of the smartest women I've ever met.
