So what pushed you to make that jump and truly lean into this readiness as a myth mindset?
15:16
Well, I think I've been really fortunate to grow up with parents and people around me that always encouraged me to just do what I loved and to just pour myself into it and not ask for permission from anyone.
15:34
So that's the first point.
15:37
Secondly, even with my makeup career, I made a decision.
15:42
I'm going to be a makeup artist.
15:43
And instead of waiting for permission or feeling like I was qualified enough to step into that.
15:51
I knew my talent.

of being in the room or asking the question or sharing the idea or you know the executing on the vision they have and then at the end they're like hey like i don't know how i'm gonna get there still and that's fine but but i know i'm worthy of the journey right and the opportunity how much do you work with with your group on showing them their unlimited potential and that they are worthy

Mm
4:51
... a while.
4:52
And, uh, it really was myself holding myself back.
4:56
And that, I will say this, if you're in a situation where you know you need to go or leave, whether it's a, you know, a romantic relationship or it's a work environment, and you convince yourself that you're stuck there, and you allow yourself to stay stuck there, the way that kind of like low vibrational frequency just like permeates your entire life and drags your energy down, I didn't even realize how draining that was because there was such a high level of cognitive dissonance in that experience, where I've always been very intuitive and very in touch with myself.
5:39
Like I've always known who I was.
5:42
But the fact that I wasn't acting on, you know, my values, my desires and my intuition, and, uh, it just was this really depressing feeling of being stuck for quite a while.
5:58
But I think that there's like a level of tolerance that people develop when they're in situations like that, and it really just depends on- What you've been through.

What are, like, the top qualities you see in, like, the best leaders that you've come across?
