Bella celebrated India's first ever Test Match and Series win in England by wandering up the Harleford Road and onto the outfield before the start of play and she then wandered back to Chessington before it was the World of Adventures.

When Surrey were incarnated as the Lions in one-day cricket, a lion in a cage was brought to the Oval Shire and there is a very famous photo of Adam Hollyoak and Alex Stewart adorned in Surrey blazers looking terrified outside the cage with the hungry-looking lion thinking to himself, ooh, two England cricketers for lunch.

And let's all just look towards the T20 mascot race for the connection that cricket and animals have always had.

Sid the Shark, Lanky the Giraffe, Alfred the Gorilla, Freddy the Falcon, Nuts the Squirrel.

But yeah, I thought his body language and general kind of demeanor has looked really impressive, and he just looks a more natural mover to me.

Whether that, uh, will be taken into account in the fut- funnily enough, it makes me think a little bit of the dilemma England used to have between Alec Stewart and Jack Russell-

... where, you know, there was one guy who was obviously the better keeper, Jack Russell, but they played Stewie because he was so brilliant with the bat as well.

And then, you know, often they would be dovetailing the, for the keeping job.

Perhaps that's gonna happen in the future here.

And, and then they come out and, and tough batting conditions, but you can't play a shot like that as an opening batter.

I've just seen, uh, Sir Alec Stewart in the, in the hallway and sort of said, "If you'd have played a shot like that first ball after I've been bowling all that time, we'd have been having a serious conversation." But it's, uh, you know, good bowling, getting the ball in the, in the right area.

But you feel like the, the gifts of wickets really.

And you know, that, that is how test match cricket flows, right? When you talk about batting going and getting 450-

I can't picture many.

I know, uh, uh, Alex Stuart and Mike Atherton were painted sort of together, but in separate paintings that could be put together.

Um, but, uh, I, I haven't actually asked Jimmy this, but, you know, he's a Knight of the Realm, leading wicket-taker of all time for England.

He probably deserves his own, to be fair.
