And I mean, Alec Bohm, Bryson Stott, these guys have been much better here in the second half of the season, but still have to have a lot of question marks with what you're gonna be able to get out of these guys moving forward.

And I do think that for the Atlanta Braves, even though Grant Holmes is gonna be due in for a little bit of regression, they do find a way to be able to get the job done here.

Like I said, personally, I would rather have a nine under rather than an eight and a half over.

To the credit of Alec Bohm and Bryson Stott, much better second halves of the season rather than first halves.

And Brian De La Cruz is actually hitting above a 300 for the team as well.

But you do have to have trepidations with this bullpen.

That stuff cannot happen.

The Alec Bohm thing today can't happen.

The Marsh thing can't happen.

The Sosa thing cannot happen.

'Cause we're not even done talking about the base running blunders.

Alec Bohm, also on Tuesday, Brandon Marsh hit a double to center field in the seventh.

Bohm was on second.

He'd taken a few steps toward third, then ran back out of fear that the ball might be caught.

And I guess it'll depend to me on how they do against the Braves now, which is who they're facing this weekend.

But I, I think their ability to sort of have goldfish memories is helpful.

The ones that can just forget what happened the day before and be like, "All right, let's do it again today." Like, Alec Bohm's talked about having sort of that, um, that mentality at points, and I think that's one of their strengths because, well, I know their errors do tend to pile up, especially on the bases over time.

I think they're good enough to get out of it, and I think their strengths are good enough to give them a win when they need it.

You've been able to get about a .375 on base as well out of our guy in Bryce Harper.

Alec Bohm, Bryson Stott, they've really been much better here in the second half of the season, both since the All-Star break have been able to give you over a .335 on base, so they've been better there.

But Trey Turner's been a little bit suspect recently, and Brandon Marsh has really fallen down the toilet bowl, just have not been able to get anything out of the catcher spot in general.

Now for the Phillies overall this season, they're in the bottom half of the big leagues in terms of bullpen ERA, but you do have a trio of guys, Jonathan Boland, Brooks Raley, Yoan Durán, who've been able to give you a sub three ERA.

Let's say, for example, I think he might be a free agent, but I'm, I'm not sure.

But let's say, like, an Alec Bohm type of player, right?

Mm-hmm.

Playing third base for the Phillies, and then you, you need a third baseman.

You, and you want a little pop, right? And he can bring a little pop.

You, you trade, like, a Christian Moore and maybe a, a, a Cayden Dana for, uh, an Alec Bohm.

Now, I'm not saying we do that, and I'm not saying that that is a, a good trade.

I'm throwing out an idea of what it might look like this off season.

It's a 1-1 game.

Now, Mattingly had Bones back, and I will say this.

He referred to it as no man's land.

I think there's more truth to that than some people might think.
