So we've tried to see this differently.

So the split is, that's again, a, a very important, interesting th- discussion you dig into there because if we look at our registries, it looks like the majority is MASLD, you know, the low alcohol, and alcohol and, and mid-ALD are very low.

But the problem is, when I ask you, "So how much do you drink?" or, "How much did you drink one month ago?" It's not so easy to remember, and I'm not sure you necessarily want to tell me, particularly not here in, in your podcast, and that's the issue.

And when we done some studies where we did have large population groups of people where we then measured some of the metabolites of alcohol, there's something called phosphatidyl ethanol, again, PEF among friends.

So you can very specifically target the level of alcohol.

And what is interesting, when we look at a large population, and I'm just also here this afternoon, what-- when another manuscript from, together with one of my, my, my American colleagues because we, we measured it also in their samples among patients we thought 100% sure were a MASLD patient, ten percent of them had high levels of this alcohol metabolite.

We have in our own cohort a, a bigger cohort with three thousand people here in Denmark, in Odense, measured that up to thirty percent or actually thirty-eight percent of those in the MASLD category have this elevated to a level where they actually belong in the mid-ALD or ALD group.

And even more pronounced, if we then go to the mid-ALD, you know, the intermediary group there, measure the same, actually more than fifty percent of those actually would belong in the ALD group.

And that's just how drugs are developed 'cause you go after things where people have no, no better options.

So for instance, like with our liver, uh, program, the initial phase one clinical trial will be in people with, um, alcohol liver disease or alcoholic liver dis- A-A-ALD.

Um, and today, they don't really have any other options other than, like, a l- liver transplant, and most of them, um, don't have that in time.

So I think the, the survivability of it within 12 months is, like once you're diagnosed, is very low.
