ALCAT test

Now, not all food sensitivity tests are accurate.

The one that I use is called the ALCAT, A-L-C-A-T.

You can get it through a provider like myself.

And that looks at 250 different foods, takes your white blood cells, exposes it to the food, and sees how your cells actually of your immune system react.

I found that a lab called Dunwoody Labs is a good lab.

You can use one called Alcat, A-L-C-A-T, Dunwoody or Alcat.

They have a pretty extensive system to test for any types of food that causes higher histamine or antibody reaction like IgGs or IgE.

Now, what that means is you can get an idea of what that person is allergic to, that child is, and I would say keep them off of it for at least two to three months.
