Albert Figueras

You're taking care of someone taking into consideration all of the aspects of that person.

And I would like to quote, I guess, two of my favorite people in pharmacovigilance, Dr. Ed Napke and more recently, Dr. Albert Figueras.

who both said it in the same type of way.

Dr. Eden Napke, who was a pioneer in pharmacovigilance, said that it is the patient we must serve and not the drug product.

And Dr. Albert Figueras said it most beautifully as well, that real pharmacovigilance is not about medicines, but real pharmacovigilance is about people taking medicines.

And I think that pharmacovigilance combines these two worlds that are extremely important to me.
