I'm so happy to see that, like many communities around this country are rejecting the flock cameras.

I think Albany, California, right near me, just rejected them.

And also individual people are just getting up and taking them down.

You know that we're not we don't want to be mass surveilled.

We're gonna take a look at traffic right now, starting with the Eastshore Freeway.

Traffic flowing nicely in both directions on 80 between Albany and Emeryville.

But if you are headed to Vacaville, a minor counter-commute crash is blocking the right lane near Davis Street.

The South Bay, though, taking great shape.

The event runs from 10 a.m. to 3 this afternoon.

Also today, one of the East Bay's biggest street festivals kicks off in both Albany and Berkeley.

Organizers are hosting the 50th annual Solano Avenue Stroll.

It features a mile of fun stretching along the avenue in both cities.

I was just visiting some friends who lived across town in Albany, California, the other side of Berkeley, married student housing.

I knew them well.

I knocked on the door of their apartment.
