We had Rolf Potts on series one who talked about, we talked about the idea of slowing down of travel and letting yourself go.

As it did at the start of this year when I went down to Northumberland for the first time and I was like, oh my God, this is such an amazing area.
Kim GrantGUEST

I'd love to come back in the future.
Kim GrantGUEST

But then I also don't I'm not somebody that wants to just sit around and go oh I can't go anywhere new this week so I'm not going to enjoy photography suddenly I'm like I'm just going to go to my local beach or my local woodlands but I do think there's something really beautiful about having places on your doorstep or you know within a short drive that you can go to time and time again because they're accessible to you and often the videos that I post on YouTube nowadays are filmed within an hour or some two hours but a lot of them are just an hour you know I just have a couple of hours free I'll dry 15 minutes film and do photography for an hour and come home again and for me that's actually gives me so much joy often than the bigger trips but I do think we do need to go new places sometimes because it does inspire us or help us to to see things a bit differently and learn
