Alana Barton

It makes me very, very happy.

And I must tell you, uh, as part of my retirement reception, my wonderful staff, um, especially Alana Barton, put together a collage for me with sayings and messages from about 50 different artists and, and members and students and teachers, and so many people said I gave them their start.

I encouraged them.

I gave them a chance to teach.
