And so it's hard to believe it's been over two decades, but it has.

So if I recall correctly, though, when we've met at Alan's event, I don't know if you, when we worked on the value propositions, remember we were all in that little group and everybody had to go around?

We were in the same group together, yes.

I remember you really struggling with your value proposition and you weren't doing risk.

I still do.

And I've always equated leadership to part of risk management.

I had really become and through Alan's community, I'd become really enthralled with leadership.

So there was a challenge and you actually identified it.

There's an old school book that I often recommend and I refer to.

It's by a guy named Alan Weiss, and it's called Million Dollar Consultant.

And it's a great book to check out if for no other reason it'll change your mindset when it comes to pricing.

Because we often worry about our hourly rate or we worry about whether or not we're charging too much.
