And I think you could ask, you know, people would have different answers to that.

Alan WalshGUEST
To me personally, There's a couple, I think, of very core principles that I have when it comes to leadership, right? First of all, it's a privilege, and I think everybody needs to understand that, right? To be asked to lead a group of people in any shape, way, or form, you know, is a recognition from both your peers or your leadership that, hey, you might be good at that.

Alan WalshGUEST
But, you know, the question becomes why and what your principles are on it, like, to your point, right? For me, it's never about me, it's always about the team, okay? That's the number one thing, is...

Alan WalshGUEST
And then secondly, for me, I've always taken a lot of pride and importance in any leadership role with any team about communicating what I call the one.

interesting industry because again like the the the differentiation uh one like between private aviation companies not talking commercial uh and private like service being a key one culture being a key one um and these are people who are very discerning in terms of what they do so you know obviously safety is the standard but then the commitment there so um is there one thing that you are you talked about technology you talked about the kind of uncertainty and you know you got to be on the on the edge but you also can't you know put bets in the wrong place is there anything that you haven't quite that you're chewing on right now not that you're struggling with but that as a leader you're looking forward you're saying hey you know what does this mean for us what does this work through you know anything that's that's taken up your mental space in terms of the learning and growth category

So I mean, Directional Aviation is the broader company of which the easiest way to describe it is it has a number of different shop windows.

Alan WalshGUEST
That's probably the easiest way to describe it, where, you know, y- you can go shop in any one of the stores that you choose, that works for you.

Alan WalshGUEST
Uh, so, you know, within the family, um, there's quite a number of things, I'm gonna call them solutions within the community, that depending on someone's needs and desire, uh, all, they're all in the same store, right? So the, if somebody wants charter, you know, we've got a brilliant sister company in FX Air, incredibly successful and, you know, very highly respected in, in the charter world.

Alan WalshGUEST
Obviously, then if your needs change and the jet card is the right fit for you, you've got the Ascension brand.

Alan WalshGUEST
And then ultimately, if you're looking in the fractional world, as people can slide up and down the environment, uh, is Flexjet.

What's on your top of your head at the moment? What's, what are you really focused on? Hey, so the,

Alan WalshGUEST
So what does that mean? It means that there's so many things come into the service experience, you know, as well as having our client management team.

Alan WalshGUEST
There is everything that comes from before, during, and after the aircraft as well.

Alan WalshGUEST
And, you know, again, I said, you know, making it easy to do business, well, this is the first thing.

Is a lot of that wealth? Are you getting a lot of people out there saying, hey, I've never flown private before?

Alan WalshGUEST
As you know, I think, you know, the global economy certainly hasn't hindered the demand for private aviation.

Alan WalshGUEST
To your point about, you know, are there new entrants to the market? We do see that all the time.

Yeah, how long are people flying for? What's an average stage length? Is it New York to Florida? Is it coast to coast?
