Alan Thrall

on YouTube? Alan Watts? No, no, no.

That's Alan Thrall.

That's Alan Thrall.

Alan Watts was.

He's left us.

I, I, I will tell you, let me give you just one guy's name because his advice is so good, and it's so not technical jargon, and yet it's clever, and I just have a high opinion of this guy.

Uh, Alan Thrall of Untamed Strength.

He has a gym out there in Sacramento, California.

He kind of got popular on YouTube before that.

One of these guys, remember you were just asking me, like, you know, fighters who've lived in these worlds, and they've tried to solve these various problems, and think about their own selves, and their own psychology, and their own successes, and their own failures, and what works and what doesn't, and why.

He's done that with fitness.

Um, Alan Thrall, Untamed Strength.

Th- you can't go wrong.
