In particular, it's, this is a franchisee, it's called Bliss Bites LLC, and they've taken over two locations on Long Island, and they're planning to add five in New York State.

And what's, you know, you know, kind of interesting about this in particular is that New York City is where TGI Fridays started back in 1965, which, you know, at the, at the time it was the, it was, it was really kind of a groundbreaking concept created by Alan Stillman.

He wanted to figure out how to meet girls, and so he just created a, a, a place that he thought would be, you know, a bar that would be a safe place to, for people, young people to meet.

And it really became, you know, a, a kind of a defining brand.
