Alan King

Bud Knapp starred as the chief inspector.

The other performers: John Bethune, Lynn Gorman, Nancy Kerr, Alan King, Corrine Langston, Arch McDonald, William Nunn, Frank Perry, and Drew Russell.

Musical decor by Lucio Agostini.

Sound effects, Bill Robinson.

I'll ask you about the rest of the cast in a minute.

I think Alan King's a Jew.

I'm not positive.

You think? And Jackie Mason, maybe? Yeah, we're still checking into that.

And actually 80% of them are women.

Mr. Alkish, you might remember the old Alan King comedy routine about survived by his wife, a very funny routine I won't go into, but 80% of people that reach 100 are women.

So you're in the even smaller, rarefied, wonderful air.

There's about 119,000 people in the United States.

But Jeremy Piven is in this movie, and Brett Ratner was in an episode of Entourage, so...

The bad white guy looks like Alan King.

It is Alan King.

It is Alan King, who used to have a show on Comedy Central back in the early 90s.

That's right.

That's right.

Uh, nothing's gonna be like Alan.

Alan King was my all time-

Oh, gosh.

Alan King was wonderful

... my all, my all-time favorite.

And it always struck me, the first time I saw Lewis Black, this is just Alan King with a much harder edge.

It was meant for a, for 20 years later.

He wasn't that guy.

Actually, I just talked to Alan King's life partner, who Alan King has died since then.

He was a brilliant, brilliant, who Michael adored, by the way.

I thought he was the greatest filmmaker.

He wrote the stories and the screenplay.

It's Drew Barrymore, James Woods, Alan King, Robert Hayes.

A lot of fun.

I'm not the biggest Stephen King fan.
