cool that's the whole movie is cool over quality and it works yeah like there's so many bad like george clooney is not a good heist man in this movie he is bad at his job but yeah but it works like put it the first scene when he's trying to get bail or he's trying to get parole because he is so wedded to the idea of being cool he's acting against his own interests the whole time every time they ask him a question he gives a smart answer the parole board are terrible at their fucking job at one point they literally ask him like well if we let you out will you commit another crime and instead of saying no he just smirks at the camera and we know right then this guy is going to commit a crime this guy is going to commit a crime but you know so a good heist man there would play along because you're like well I've got to get out and do this heist I am going to act as though I am contrite

Any other great scenes that you guys like?

Well, I have two more that I, once again, I like because they're pointless.

They make no sense towards the goals they're trying to achieve.

And they actively work against what they're trying to achieve.

So there's one scene, and it's very short, where Bernie Mac is trying to buy two vans for the heist.

Oh, yeah.
