Eoin SheahanPANELIST
4:32
No, there's good accents.
Eoin SheahanPANELIST
4:34
Alan Cawley's a great town accent.
Eoin SheahanPANELIST
4:35
Yeah, true, actually, yeah.
Eoin SheahanPANELIST
4:37
Yeah, why can't he be more like Alan Cawley? I'm not from
Mick McCarthyHOST
4:38
town.
Mick McCarthyHOST
4:39
Connacht accents are the most well-spoken country accents, though, aren't they? Yeah.
Raf DialloHOST
0:13
I am Raf Giello.
Raf DialloHOST

A little bit later on, I'm going to be joined by Rachel Gray and Michelle Byrne to talk about the women's game and also Katie Taylor as a footballer with the weekend that was in it as well.
Raf DialloHOST
0:22
But right now, the one-two punch I have in studio is Keith Tracy and Alan Cawley.
Raf DialloHOST
0:27
And lads, how are you? Good, Raf.
Raf DialloHOST
0:29
Not too bad.
Raf DialloHOST
0:30
I know you were traveling around the country and you were all the way up in Derry yesterday.
Raf DialloHOST
0:34
But in terms of the Katie Taylor fight, obviously, as we know, you know, she represented Ireland as a footballer before having an illustrious career as a boxer.
Raf DialloHOST
0:42
What did you make of the whole what you did see of the Croke Park fight in terms of just how it looked and, you know, all the sort of razzmatazz around it?
Dan McDonnellHOST
26:50
Who are you replying to? So I saw the two comments this weekend.
Dan McDonnellHOST
26:53
One suggesting that myself and Alan Cawley should be banned from TALA for reasons... undetermined like maybe I don't know what that would be and the second one again was a bit like actually I think it was A&O South and Alan Cawley too it was something along the lines of posting the comeback and saying as though this is like this is a screw you to the detractors it's like But I didn't think Rovers would probably lose in Derry.
Dan McDonnellHOST
27:18
Do you know what I mean? Did anyone predict that? I think a lot of the commentary about Rovers has been fair.
Dan McDonnellHOST
27:23
And I will say a lot of Rovers fans have been in touch.
Raf DialloHOST
0:14
A little bit later on, I'm going to be joined by Shelburne's Rachel Graham to discuss what's happening in the women's game.
Raf DialloHOST
0:18
But right now, across from me, it's Alan Cawley, who's back three weeks in a row now, and David McMillan.
Raf DialloHOST
0:23
How are you both? How was the weekend?
Alan CawleyGUEST
0:25
I have an imprint in the couch here now at this stage, Raph.
Dan McDonnellHOST
16:42
You heard my question.
Dan McDonnellHOST
16:43
Prior to that, he was told about something Alan Cawley had said at LOITV.
Dan McDonnellHOST
16:46
And it was almost like maybe his response to me was a delayed response to that because he was asked a different question.
Dan McDonnellHOST
16:52
And then maybe, I don't know, it was one of those where you think, actually, I really want to say that in respect of the earlier one.

Johnny WardHOST
47:40
Like, not in the, they're completely down a little bit
Dan McDonnellHOST
47:42
strange yeah it's kind of funny I feel like Friday's big though because I think Friday if they come off the pitch on Friday having won put a sequence together and then look at the league table and go alright okay and as I said at the very least even if we get that game in Richmond that we have a bit of a build up around it even if you feel like it might go in a particular way after, because then Pat's have a run of away games after, but still, it would just be great, like even for Pat's people, that if they could get that result on Friday, that they would suddenly, and if Rovers were to drop points in Derry, that they're looking into two Fridays in a row, actually sorry, two weekends in a row, because obviously the Bows game is Saturday, and then Rovers on a Friday, that would be a great couple of weeks around there.
Dan McDonnellHOST
48:23
Will we ever find out how Alan Cawley felt sorry for Mathieu O'Brien? The context there, I might give him the mailbag.
Dan McDonnellHOST
48:29
The context is that the Ross Tierney amazing goal on the clip in LOITV, the 10 second thing just cuts into Cawley saying, but I feel sorry for, and then it's like, oh no, it's a goal.
Raf DialloHOST

You can always get in touch by email on sportpodcast.rt.ie. A little bit later on, I'll be joined by Rachel Graham Shelburne to talk about the Women's Cup semi-finals and also some of the big fixtures to come as well.
Raf DialloHOST
0:23
But I'm joined again, and this is consistency for once, Keith Tracy and Alan Cawley, who were on with us last week.
Raf DialloHOST
0:29
How are you, lads? Good, Raph.
Raf DialloHOST
0:31
Good,
Raf DialloHOST
0:18
And later on, I'm gonna be joined by Shelbourne's Rachel Graham to talk about the women's game, uh, including what's happening in the Women's Premier Division over the weekend, and then the upcoming semifinals in the cup as well.
Raf DialloHOST
0:28
But right now, I'm joined by Alan Cawley and Keith Treacy.
Raf DialloHOST
0:32
And Alan, I came back here, and the seat was extremely warm, both literally and figuratively, so [laughs] fair play over the last few weeks.
Alan CawleyGUEST
0:37
No problem, Raph.

1 HR 5 MINS LATER

Keith TreacyGUEST

Keith TreacyGUEST
65:24
Pleasure.
