Did we test the market or was it simply a hire based on experience? somebody that got on well with Dave and I'm not sure that that's the way we should be making these senior recruitment decisions with regards to the differences that might happen now with Adrian Bevington in place I think obviously initially what you'll see is a big media burst we've You had the press conference late last week, and I dare say there'll be interviews with all and sundry who wish to pursue that path over the course of the next couple of months as he gets his feet under the table.
